• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
• You have 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at royalmountain@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
